Who we are
Zovexa LLC ("Zovexa", "we", "us") is an AI and software engineering studio with teams in Sharjah, UAE; Kochi, India; Scotland, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy athello@zovexa.ai.
What we collect
- When you contact us. Your name, email address, company, project timeline, budget range, the services you're interested in and anything you write in your message.
- When you book a call. The details you enter in the Cal.com booking form (usually your name, email and preferred time), and the meeting itself.
- When you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to send.
- When you browse the site. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse (for example, spam through the contact form) and fix problems.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal bases
Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and onlegal obligations. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
- Resend: delivering contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com: call scheduling. Its booking widget loads from Cal.com's servers on pages with a "Book a call" button and is covered by Cal.com's own privacy policy.
- Our email and workspace providers: to store and manage our correspondence.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
International transfers
Our team and providers are located in several countries, including the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, India and the United States. When information moves between countries, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses, where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal obligations. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single flag in your browser's session storage so the intro animation only plays once per visit; it's deleted when you close the tab. The Cal.com booking widget may use its own storage when it loads or when you open it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@zovexa.ai. We'll respond within the time the law requires.
If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep what you share with us safe.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
